Class Policies

Class Enrollment Policies

  • Pre-registration is required for all classes
  • Register on line or contact Berry @ 281.204.7768
  • All classes require payment in advance
  • Make checks payable to Rescom Consulting
  • Send payments to address shown on the bottom of this page.
  • Classes will be cancelled if less than 10 students register 3 days in advance. Should this occur, you will be notified.

Class Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • Instructor no show - Full refund will be made.
  • Weather Related - If weather forces cancellation of the class, full refund will be made.
  • Insufficient registrations - Full refund will be made.
  • Student cancellations - Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to class date to receive a refund.

TDLR will be electronically notified within 7 days of the class date.

 

Student Conduct during class

  • Students must remain in class for the duration to obtain credit
  • License Holders must bring their A/C wallet license and another form of photo-id to class.
  • Students must complete the attendence form and must sign out at completion of class.
  • All cell phones and pagers must be turned off during class.
  • All students will receive a completion certificate within 15 days of the class date.
